Malcolm Harris www.circa.net.au With over 20 years of experience in furniture design and construction, Malcolm Harris has still a passion for working with this wonderful tactile medium we all know as wood. Along with running a small business specializing in contemporary furniture, Malcolm has been able in recent years to pass on his knowledge to others through teaching. "There is immense satisfaction in being part of the creative development of others."

Neil Erasmus www.erasmusdesigns.com Neil Erasmus is a full time maker and designer with over 27 years of experience in the field. His work, which is uniquely styled, has been exhibited both nationally and internationally and has won a string of major awards. Apart from lecturing part time, Neil has also won acclaim as a writer on various woodworking topics, and plans to write a book or two. In addition to his teaching commitments in Western Australia, Neil has been invited to deliver a chair/ table module at The Australian School of Fine Furniture in Tasmania. "The greatest challenge of my career awaits me as I endeavour to develop a vision of the future that can assist me in my teaching and in the conception of design ideas, and whose realization impacts in an environmentallly neutral and sustainable way"
